Death Metal World Cup Round 2
Just a quick update to the Death Metal World Cup I’m running over on Mastodon. After all the matches in round 2 have been played, there are 8 bands left heading into the quarter finals. They are:
Death
Cannibal Corpse
Morbid Angel
Bolt Thrower
Vader
Carcass
Entombed
Deicide.
Deicide only just made it into this round after they had a tie with Bloodbath. The tie was broken when I played a song from each (each bands most streamed song) to my wife and asked her to pick.
There are some tough matches ahead. I’ll post another update after this round concludes.
