Weekly update 2
I’m beginning to think that a weekly update such as this is pointless when nothing of too much note happens in 90% of weeks. Don’t get me wrong, I had a good week with plenty of enjoyable moments, I’m just not sure they’re very interesting to read about.
It was another tiring week. No particular issues that kept me up but I was on early shifts this week so any disturbance in sleep had a bit of a knock on effect which built up.
Other than that it was the usual, I discovered some good music. Most notably new albums from Zepter Necropolissebeht. The former being Austrian heavy metal which was great Friday afternoon listening and the later being an intense blend of black and death metal. They might get their own reviews at some point soon.
I’ve also started playing Resident Evil 4 again, it’s my favourite game of all time (I think) and I’ve played it so many times. I never get bored of it. Had a good time catching up on wrestling with my wife. Watching on the Tv that is, we weren’t wrestling. I also ordered my favourite food last night (Indian food) and we took the dogs to get a groom. They smell nice for now.
More of the same next week I imagine, except that I’m only working 4 days (woo!). Also I’m going to start working on my contribution to the Swampgas zine. I loved being part of the first issue and was very happy to be asked again. Going to do more previews of upcoming albums that I’m lucky enough to have heard in advance.
