Weekly update 3
Hello.
Another week has passed without too much to note. I had a good week but there's nothing too much to report that would interest the outside world. Nevertheless I am committed to doing this weekly roundup post so on we go.
I only worked three days this week which was good. It really softened the blow of having to do an office day. I took Thursday off to rest, which didn't happen much and Friday was for an appointment, which did happen. The time off was spent attending appointments and travelling but everything was good with all that.
Other than that the time was spent in preparation for baby arrival. In terms of buying stuff, washing things, assembling furniture and packing bags we are as prepared as you can be. Whether you can mentally prepare is another question. We are super excited though!
Music wise it was an interesting week. Because of how busy I was Friday I never really listened to many new releases and instead the week has mostly been spent with the Death discography which is always a great time. According to Last.fm I also spent a bunch of time listening to Elvis which was during my office day as a bit of background music.
We didn’t play it too much on Friday but we did buy Pokémon leaf green to play. A lot of nostalgia in these old games so we've been spending some time with that this weekend. We also purchased a giant cookie for our anniversary. The rest of the day will be spent watching wrestling and football and eating many many snacks. I hope you have all had a good week.
